What began with just eleven members has organically grown into a diverse network of more than 650 individuals across the U.S. and U.S. Virgin Islands. Our community includes entrepreneurs, finance professionals, doctors, lawyers, engineers, and small business owners — all brought together by a shared interest in learning, connecting, and gaining access to alternative investments. Log Jammer storage facility in McCall, Idaho. Acquisition of 291 units that sits on 5.6 acres and contains six, single story log storage buildings with concrete foundations and floors. Per Sponsor, current projections estimate investor returns of an IRR / multiple of 20.1% / 2.33x with an average cash-on-cash of 7.9% over a 5-year hold period.

Chapford Capital
Life settlements and premium finance fund that provided patients, who have advance-stage illnesses, with loans backed by their life insurance policies or purchases their policies outright. Patients can use the money for discretionary purposes (e.g. paying a mortgage, taking a family trip, bringing distant family together, etc.). Chapford purchases loans from their origination affiliate called Fifth Season Financial.
